Terms of use

Datch is currently running as a beta test of a Dutch-auction marketplace, where a listing's price falls over time until a buyer stops the clock. Features, pricing, and these terms are all subject to change before any public launch.

Real transactions. When payments are configured, purchases are processed for real through Stripe and/or PayPal — money actually changes hands. Treat every listing and order as a genuine transaction, not a sandbox.

Your responsibilities. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders they accept payment for. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their shipping and payment details.

No guarantees during beta. As a beta, the service may have bugs, downtime, or data resets. It is offered without warranty of any kind while in this state.

Changes. These terms may change at any time before public launch; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
